This assignment main objective was to identify consumers needs and wants towards chocolate, as well as define an ideal audience based on secondary and primary research. It was one of the biggest challenges in assignments done while in Sheridan. Yet it was a fun way to actually nail a specific target based on product consumption.
The research was possible through the use of Nielsen Clear Decisions™ crosstab analysis.
